1. Why don't you ship to other countries?

Shipping rates from St. Lucia to other parts of the world, including neighboring islands are extremely high. Please visit WWW.PORSHX.COM if you would like to shop with us, but live outside of St. Lucia.

2. I don't have a Bank of St Lucia or Republic Bank account; can I still transfer from my bank?

Sure! please contact your bank directly to enquire about the process. transfers from other banks can take anywhere from 24hrs to 3 business days.

3. If I pay via Bank Transfer, how do you know it's from me?

Once transfer is processed, please send a WhatsApp message to 723 1020, please include your Name, Order # and Amount sent.

4. If I place an order for pickup, how soon do I have to pay?

Payments for instore pickup are due within 24hrs to avoid unnecessary holds. If you are no longer interested in the item, please request your order be cancelled.

5. Where should I pick up my order?

We are located in the AF Valmont shopping Plaza, Castries.

6. I selected delivery, why can't my package be delivered to my house?

We are using a 3rd party delivery company which offers competitive rates, deliveries can only be made within a certain radius (along the Castries - Vieux Fort Highway). please contact us before placing your order if you need clarification.
